How do I book a seat?
Bookings can be made on our website, using the link provided. Your reservation is confirmed once the payment has gone through.

Can I change my booking?
Yes, you are welcome to make adjustments to your booking up to 72 hours before the service.

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel at least 2 Working Days before the journey and will receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the booking fee.

Are dietary requirements catered for?
Yes, we accommodate vegetarian options. Food allergies, intolerances and other dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice. Please inform us at the time of booking.

Is the menu the same for lunch and dinner?
The menu varies between lunch and dinner to ensure each journey offers a bespoke five-course menu. Lunch and dinner menus may also vary depending on seasonal availability and chef collaborations.

Are beverages included?
Yes. Each main course is paired with a complimentary wine. Soft drinks, still and sparkling water is also included.

Do you offer group bookings or private hire?
Yes absolutely, the Culinary Cruiser can be booked exclusively for private celebrations, corporate events, or special occasions such as Birthdays, Wedding Rehearsels or Bridal Showers, Baby Showers and of course Wedding Anniversaries or Corporate Team Building functions.

How long is the dining experience?
Each journey lasts approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, including travel time, dining, and wine pairings.

Is the bus air-conditioned?
Yes, the upper dining deck is fully climate-controlled for your comfort.

Is the bus wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately not, due to the double-decker structure. Please contact us to discuss specific needs.

Are children allowed to join the experience?
The Culinary Cruiser is designed for adults seeking a refined dining experience. Children over 12 are welcome, but please note there are no child-specific menus.

Are pets allowed?
We love pets, but due to various health regulations as well as the general safety of others, unfortunately no pets are allowed on our cruisers.

Is it safe to dine on a moving bus?
Absolutely. The Culinary Cruiser is custom-built with safety, stability, and comfort in mind, adhering to all transport, health & safety and hospitality regulations.

Is gratuity included?
Service charges are not included. Gratuities are at guests’ discretion and greatly appreciated by our hospitality team.
